Note 17. Subsequent Event On December 2, 2020, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a first quarter of fiscal year 2021 cash dividend of $0.18 per share on its outstanding common stock to be paid to shareholders of record as of December 24, 2020, with payment expected on January 8, 2021.
In November 2020, the Company awarded 5,885 shares of restricted stock to certain officers and managers under the 2015 Plan.
On October 30, 2020, the Company purchased approximately 3,280 gross citrus acres located in Hendry County for a purchase price of $16.5 million. |
